The fascinating world of Japanese stationery

A couple of days ago, there is a fascinating article from Japan Times talking about a new cafe called stationery cafe. This cafe not only serves food and drinks but also sells stationery items and allows customers use various products for free in the cafe.

For many of us, you may not understand why it becomes such a craze not just among the Japanese, but foreigners too. Japanese stationeries are highly regarded internationally for their high quality. So, it’s no surprise that some people are raving about Japanese stationeries.

Schwarzkopf Fresh Light Hair Colour Review

I always color my hair at home so I’m pretty much a big fan of DIY hair color. Of all DIY hair color that I have used, the Japanese brands seem to be the best one for my hair which is why I decided to give this hair color a try. Yes, I bought this because it has Japanese writing (and sadly Thai writing too) on the box.

The color that I picked was Champagne Pink which the color was kinda reddish brown. My hair before that was dark brown so the result should be a slightly lighter shade of brown.

Simple branding guide for your blog

Instead of posting updates on what changes that I have done on Fashion Paraizo (which I believe will bore you to death), I decided to write about what kind of things that I have implemented on Fashion Paraizo which you can do the same for your blog.

Branding is the most important aspect of your blog because people tend to remember your blog because of your brand.

Currently Watching: Aku no Hana

You may have not know this but I’m a BIG fan of anime. Back then, I used to write a lot of anime reviews on Orble and also on Tumblr but I was no longer writing a review because I really have no time for that. But now, I decided to write about anime once again so I decided to write it here.

With my very first time writing about anime in this blog, I decided to write about the anime that I’m currently watching, Aku no Hana. In case you’re wondering, it stands for Flower of Evil in English. Credit to Lost in Anime for the screenshots.

Lennox Firm Up+ Review

More than 10 days have passed since I last tried Lennox Firm Up+ and now it’s time for me to give my personal review about this collagen drink. I actually got this collagen drink for just RM100 (approximately $33-$34) from the nearby pharmacy. This is definitely a huge steal for me.

Lennox Firm Up Collagen Drink

Yeah, the packaging representing a giant bottle of collagen drink packed with 25 tiny little bottles inside the giant bottle. I’m not trying to be poetic but just to make…a little bit dramatic. What’s fascinating about this collagen drink is it also comes with a powder form which requires you to mix it with the collagen drink before you drink it.

How to wear pastels in Spring 2013

How many times did I say that Spring is here? Coming from tropical country like Malaysia, there’s no such things as four seasons as all what we have here is sunny weather and rainy day. Some people would love this kind of weather but I certainly HATE this kind of weather. I love rain because this is the only way that would make the temperature goes down but other than that, I didn’t enjoy this kind of weather.

Now, enough with the weather rant. Pastels seem to be big as you’re pretty much can wear them in  any season but here’s my personal styling tips on how you can wear pastels in Spring 2013. This time I will feature pastel blouse from Mercury Duo for both casual wear and office look.

My way of layering more than one print style

I admit that wearing anything printed (floral, geometry, polka dot…you name it) can be tough especially if you decided to wear it altogether. Well, here’s my brave coordinates of prints where you can spot more than one type of prints.

Having more than one pattern

In this coordinate, we have floral prints, stripes and optical illusion prints in one style. If you do it right, the chances are you’re doing fine. With the exception of knee high socks (which I believe is my staple in any style), the rest of the items are from Fashion Paraizo Store. Here are the items:

Floral Print Flare Camisole – Mercury Duo

Stripes Cropped Sweater – Mercury Duo

Rhinestone Detailed Denim Short Pants – Mercury Duo

Optical Pattern Clutch – Mercury Duo

Neon Beads Long Necklace – Mercury Duo

Leather x Vinyl Wedge – Liz Lisa

Avalon Collagen Review

Okay, I guess I was caught up with this collagen craze and all I ever write about is collagen drink. To be honest, I never thought that I would get myself caught with collagen craze but since almost every Japanese fashion magazines out there raved about collagen, I just can’t ignore this anymore. Now, here’s another collagen drink review which is Avalon Collagen.

Avalon Collagen Drink

I think I got this sample last month when Avalon was distributing a free sample of this collagen drink somewhere in January. I’m not sure when they will distribute free sample again but the distribution is only limited to Malaysia and Singapore so if you don’t live in any of these countries, tough luck to you then.
