Return and refund policy guideline
We in Fashion Paraizo
guaranteed that our products are free from defects. However, if you do
spot defects on your order, please review our return policy carefully.
Return Policy
1. Return
will only be allowed if there is a defect on the item or we have sent
the wrong items to you
2. The items are not
eligible for return if
you have bought the wrong size, color, style or pattern.
3. Customer is responsible
for the shipping
cost to return the items back to us.

The
shipping for the returned item must be trackable, ie using a shipping
method that provide tracking.

Since
it is hard for us to find the replacement for the item, we will issue a
refund instead.
6.
The
refund issued are based on the total amount of the items. Shipping is
not included in the refund. 7. The items must be sent back to us within 14 days after you received the items.

Refund
Policy
In
the case where the items are no longer available from the supplier's
stock, your order will be automatically canceled and we will
give
you a full refund instead. The refund will be sent back to
your
Paypal account and it will be debited in your credit card.
In some cases where the items are undelivered due to incorrect address
or unclaimed. When the items are considered undelivered by the courier,
your items will not be refunded no matter what. Also,
we will
not make a second attempt for the delivery of your items. If you want
us to send the items to you again, you have to place the order again.
